Office 365

If you plan to take a vacation or travel outside of Canada and want to have access to your emails or another Microsoft 365 application (teams, sharepoint, etc.) during this period, do not forget to complete the access request form for this purpose.

It can be found on the school board’s website, in the Our Board section, Security of information, Travel and Tech Access. From there, click on the Travel and Tech Access link to access the form.

Note that if you wish to have access during the summer shutdown, you must complete it before July 13th, 2023. Forms completed during the shutdown will not be processed for this period.

Online Consultation of Academic Record

Important information for students enrolled in Secondary IV or V in general education in the youth sector, in adult general education or in vocational training.

The ministerial portal allows you to access your marks and diplomas that you earned in secondary school and in vocational training at any time. To do so, click on the Online services section of the education.gouv.qc.ca website to create your account. The process is quite simple and user friendly.

Are You moving?

If you are moving before September 2023, it is important to advise your child’s school secretary as soon as possible.

Our school transportation services need to start organizing new bus routes for students that will change address in the new school year.  Thank you for your collaboration!

2023-2024 School Calendar

School year: From August 24, 2023, to June 27, 2024.
Schools are closed for students for several weeks during the summer period, and the staff is reduced in school and centres for the holidays. For any questions, parents/students may contact the school from August 24, 2024.

Important Dates to remember

  • The schools and centres are closed on June 23, 2023, and July 3, 2023.
  • Schools and Centres are closed for two weeks in the summertime, from July 24, 2023, to August 4, 2023.
  • The administrative offices close at noon on Fridays from July,7, 2023 to August 18, 2023.
  • First day of school is August 31, 2023! Welcome Back!
