All parents must have a Mozaik Parent Portal account to access school information about their child (transportation, report cards, student absences, statements of account, etc.).  Below are different scenarios that may apply to you.  We have also included visual aids at the bottom of the post to help you with the process.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MOZAIK ACCOUNT

  1. Click on the following link https://portailparents.ca/accueil/en/
  2. Click on Log in
  3. Click on Create your account.  You must use the email address you provided us.
  4. Click on Get a verification code.  
  5. Enter the code that you will receive by email and click on Verify the code.
  6. Enter a new password and click on Save.
  7. Add your child.  You will have to confirm the identity of your child in order to authorize your access.  To do so, you will have to answer a few questions regarding the name of the school board (Riverside), the name of your child, his or her birth date, as well as his or her Quebec Permanent Code (this can be found on the eligibility certificate or a report card issued in Quebec).

IF YOU HAVE A MOZAIK ACCOUNT BUT YOUR CHILD IS NEW TO RIVERSIDE

  1. Click on the following link https://portailparents.ca/accueil/en/
  2. Click on Log in
  3. Sign in with your email address and password.
  4. Add your child.  You will have to confirm the identity of your child in order to authorize your access.  To do so, you will have to answer a few questions regarding the name of the school board (Riverside), the name of your child, his or her birth date, as well as his or her Quebec Permanent Code (this can be found on the eligibility certificate or a report card issued in Quebec).


IF YOU HAVE A MOZAIK ACCOUNT BUT YOU CANNOT REMEMBER YOUR PASSWORD

  1. Click on the following link https://portailparents.ca/accueil/en/
  2. Click on Log in
  3. Enter your email address that we have on file
  4. Click on Forgot your password?
  5. The password will be emailed to you

IMPORTANT:

  1. Please notify us if your email address has changed – the email address we have on file must be the same one you use to create a Mozaik account.
  2. Check your Junk, Spam & Clutter folders regularly.
