On Tuesday, October 27, several Riverside administrators had the privilege of visiting the new Cultural Centre in Kahnawà:ke .
We were warmly welcomed for a guided visit of the museum with Mr. Delaronde, who generously shared his knowledge, stories and personal experiences with us. Through his words, we gained a deeper appreciation of the history, resilience and strength of the Kahnawà:ke community.
Our visit also included a tour of the historic village, an experience that was both moving and enriching. The new Cultural Centre is truly beautiful, with so much to discover, learn and take to heart.
We left deeply touched by the experience and grateful for everything that was shared with us.
