Registrations at St. Johns School

ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION:

• All students must be eligible to attend an English school in Quebec. Click here to access the criteria.
• If a criteria applies to your family situation, you can book a registration appointment (use the same link as above). If you would like to register your child for the 2026-2027 school year, please return to the site on February 2, 2026.
• Once you book an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email (verify your Junk/Spam folder).
• You must upload the required documents at least 24 hours before your appointment. The list of documents will be included in your confirmation email. If we do not receive all the required documents in time, the appointment will be cancelled.
• You must bring the original documents to your appointment. If you do not have the documents on hand, the appointment will be cancelled.
• The eligibility request will be completed after the registration.

4-YEAR-OLD KINDERGARTEN:

• We are no longer accepting new registrations for 2025-2026.
• We invite you to book an appointment as of February 2, 2026 to register your child in the 5-Year-Old Kindergarten for September 2026.

5-YEAR-OLD KINDERGARTEN TO SECONDARY 5:

• There are no limited spaces for our in-zone students who are eligible for English instruction.

TRANSFER FROM ONE RIVERSIDE SCHOOL TO ANOTHER:

• If you are moving on our territory, you must provide your current school with two proofs of residence with your new address. The school will process the change of address, release the file, and inform us. We will then contact you to complete the registration.
• If you are not moving on our territory but would like to register your child as an out-of-zone student, please contact us: 1-877-550-2501, extension 6379.
