• Unidentified orders cannot be filled.
• Fill out the order form completely including your telephone number(s).
• Write your child’s name and elementary teacher on the form.
• We accept CASH ONLY (no cheques). 
• The money must be in an envelope along with the order form.
• Please send the exact amount (no change will be returned). 
• All orders and payments must be returned to school by NOVEMBER 16, 2022.
